This could be a good harness for some obedient cats. However, the size of the neck is not adjustable on the cat. The body fit is good as it has zippers. My cat needed a loose connection to get through the head. One day I couldn't take a train. He managed to slip his legs through the head loop. The head strap wrapped around his body at the back of his legs - quite tight. I couldn't untie or remove it so I had to cut the strap, ruining the suspension. My cat is about 12 pounds and I used a large harness.
