The first time I used this unit it was mostly good (that was October 2019). If you dip the device into the bucket to wet the rag part, the scraper will also get wet. The mop needs to be higher to prevent this. After 2.5 months since it snowed (January 11, 2020), I thought I'd clean the interior windows. The squeegee only cleaned the outer edges of the squeegee leaving the center wet. I thought I would soak it to see if it helps, but it didn't. So I had to dry all the windows manually. Not very productive. Unfortunately I can't go back. Therefore I would not recommend this product. You need to buy a separate scraper.
