I cleaned all the windows in our house and garage in a few hours! Normally this would take me a whole day! I should have bought this many years ago. Make sure you buy the right cleaning product. A very small amount is required. Window cleaning is no longer a problem!

Product quality is good. The pieces fit together well, a good size bucket for the house. Fall is a two-in-one idea. The mop must be separate so that the cloth part can be put back into the bucket after cleaning the window, otherwise it will drip everywhere when using the mop. In addition, the reversible tool makes it difficult to get into small spaces such as B. the edges of a sliding glass door on which a screen door is located.

Once the pole is in place you have a bit more length but I found the pole wasn't long enough to reach the top of my windows when I was outside. I replaced that rod with a broom and it worked great. In fact, I would only buy a scraper if I knew it was one. The little bucket was good but didn't seem strong enough for the impact I'm sure I would take if it was dragged through the yard and through the bushes. We will see.

Glad I bought this with Unger Window Cleaner because it works so well. The scraper is easy to use and the bucket is durable. I really wish the squeegee head could rotate at an angle for easier access to tall window panes, but it's not as advertised so I didn't pull it off. I removed the star because there are no measuring lines in the bucket. This is important as a good cleaning solution usually needs to be diluted; particularly Unger's proprietary window cleaning solution recommended with this

The first time I used this unit it was mostly good (that was October 2019). If you dip the device into the bucket to wet the rag part, the scraper will also get wet. The mop needs to be higher to prevent this. After 2.5 months since it snowed (January 11, 2020), I thought I'd clean the interior windows. The squeegee only cleaned the outer edges of the squeegee leaving the center wet. I thought I would soak it to see if it helps, but it didn't. So I had to dry all the windows manually. Not very…
