This works perfectly and costs a little less than others. I installed the CD in less than a minute (to be on the safe side, I uninstalled my previous product first) to have dual monitors on my computers; The screen resolution on the second screen was far off, but I figured it was because I had my USB connected to a 2.0 (white) port. Once I plugged it into the USB 3.0 port (blue), it worked great. I have a desktop computer with both ports. Use the USB 3.0 port (blue) with this product.
