(1) RHINO 4200 does not include apostrophes (') and commas (,) characters. DYMO Technical Support has confirmed this. These characters are available on the 5200 model.(2) This limitation is not sufficiently stated in the product description. It would be helpful to know in advance about unavailable apostrophes and commas. (3) In addition, the label settings have a minimum length that cannot be reduced, regardless of the font size and the length of the text line. For example I have 12mm x 5.5mm (18444): If I set the fixed width to 9mm and [PRINT], the label length is still 12mm, which means I have to cut off the excess label, i.e. waste 3mm labels. The minimum length set is necessary for the user to be able to pull the label out of the slot from which it emerges. (4) This limitation was not sufficiently stated in the product description. It would be helpful to know the minimum length of the printed ribbon in advance. Without the 4 criticisms above, this product would have earned 5 stars.
