I wish I could give this little piece of massage heaven more than 5 stars. I have struggled with a pinched ulnar nerve for many years. It is usually caused by stress when a nerve gets pinched and causes pain throughout the arm, sometimes rendering my arm almost useless. I went to my doctor about this, tried different exercises and massage devices, but nothing helped. After using this little guy ONCE, the pain in my arm and hand is barely noticeable and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good in YEARS. I feel like I'm being dramatic but it's been a week since I started and the pain hasn't returned and it's been such a relief to be able to do simple things (like open jars). ) without excruciating pain.
