If you're in a room that should be reasonably quiet, this isn't for you. The 2080ti needs more fan power to cool. The processor has very good water cooling. If you have the cash and need a quiet rig, consider water cooling your GPU. To make the unit as quiet as possible, use the included remote control and turn the exhaust fan to maximum power. By turning the output fan to maximum, the rig stays cool at all times, and the internal fans don't have to crank up to maximum settings in the middle of a game. When you do that, the fan noise isn't bad at all.
