The best part about this software was its ease of use as well as cost effectiveness for small businesses like mine! There are no bugs or glitches in my opinion thus far but I've been using it since April 2017 so you can't expect perfection right away because there's still some growing pains when first starting out which could be frustrating at times if your impatient (or maybe just me!).

We have seen an increase by over 40% from our previous customer survey results where we used another product before switching completely due mostly only having desktop clients back then vs mobile now too - makes sense though considering how much more convenient everything has become these days even without needing additional help desk employees haha!!
