"Easy to Use, Affordable and Convenient " Software

The best part about this software was its ease of use as well as cost effectiveness for small businesses like mine! There are no bugs or glitches in my opinion thus far but I've been using it since April 2017 so you can't expect perfection right away because there's still some growing pains when first starting out which could be frustrating at times if your impatient (or maybe just me!).   • Easy setup process, training guides provided online & phone support available with quick response time.
  • Great options that allow customization per each client needs :)
  • Can schedule messages ahead within chat window itself instead than manually going into live agent console everytime :)
  • Allows multiple agents working simultaneously during peak hours / busy seasons
