Doesn't work at all on newer Macs despite the product description here

Warning: this works on Windows but not at all on recent macOS operating systems. In fact, the product page on their website says they only support macOS Sierra, which has been the case for years. Also, when I contacted me about this issue, Atolla support didn't even reply.
