I recently bought an expensive touchless faucet. It comes with the necessary limited flow aerator. Since a touchless faucet cannot use more water than intended, there are no downsides to using a standard flow-through aerator. In fact, with today's modern, larger faucets, a full flow can cause a lot of splashing. So with this aerator, unless you're filling a pot, you probably don't need a standard flow. But if you have a limited flow aerator and are not satisfied with the lack of flow when you need it, this will solve your problem. Simply use this aerator and turn on the faucet to get the flow you want.
