Review on Goava by Anthony Heinrichs

I like how easy it was for me to use their software. They had all of the features we were looking for in our CRM system. There wasn't anything they left out! It took some time to set up but once everything was installed it worked great. When creating an account with them it seemed very confusing as it didn’t seem to match any other platforms or accounts. If someone else has used this product before please let us know if they can explain why it works differently then others products because we were confused too. This helped organize our business contacts so we could see who we have been working with recently and those we haven't contacted in awhile. I like how easy it is for me to see my contacts in one place as well all of their information at once. It makes managing a large amount of leads very efficient! There isn't anything really that i dislike yet but maybe if more features were added then things would be better. I use this tool daily and have seen multiple improvements since starting with them last year. This has been a great addition to our team.
