I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my organization (a non profit)to use this service! It makes scheduling easier than ever before!! We have had no problems at all with using their services thus far. There are some features we would love if they made available in other states but overall so happy about our experience working through them. ! Have used several different companies over years past - never could find anything negative until recently when i found tmwise! Truly amazing product/service!! They make life much more efficient by allowing us employees be able work from home without having everyone come into office everyday. . !! Just wish there were better hours availabe outside NY area where most people live because being off during summer months can get tough sometimes due limited availability. !! This has been great benefit since many times now instead needing 3 or 4 staff members out sick together just.
