I really play around with them. I've used cheaper third party filters over the past few years and they have been good. I thought I'd "go broke" and spend a few bucks more on a "respectable brand" - you might think it's 3M - and I'm really disappointed. This is not a generic update but actually a downgrade. The material looks thin. The filters included in the kit are also thin and tall, curved with folds. I believe they were folded when put into the package. I'm not sure how the crease affects the filter quality. Finally, and most importantly, these bags don't have the 'valve' that normally shuts down when you open the lid on a Miele vacuum, meaning dust is flying all over the place. I can't even imagine how dirty they will be, I have to lug out a full bag. I would say skip it. Get real generic and skip the "famous brand" or spend another $5 and get real Miele quality.
