The ease with which I can add custom fields (like "customer" / organization) as well has an option that allows me not have users select their own roles when they log into my app via screenmeet! As far as features go this software was fairly intuitive once you got going but there are some things like adding new screens in certain areas could be improved upon so more people would actually use them instead just creating another button/link text box etc..

This product helped us create profiles similar looking reports such as customer's first time login vs repeat visiters profile views & actions taken during those visits - allowing our support team members better understand how each user uses SME throughout out day-to-day activities.- Easy integration wtih Salesforce using API keys.
