Bought 2 of these after the check valve on the drain pump spotted a small leak and spurted water for days before we found it. I will never be without a water warning again. Received as promised and the setup instructions are a bit complicated; You really should read this. One worked and the other didn't. Left a message on her phone number Thursday and received a call back within 30 minutes. Edward and I tried many different things for over an hour. Edward's final solution was to 'fry' the board in the appliance when Revane received the product and scan the boxes as they make each item to ensure the product is as it should be. I don't know exactly what they're doing, but it's an electronic scan and Edward mentioned that this isn't the first time they've had this problem. The solution was that he sent me two new boxes from his New Jersey location and all I had to do was take the chip out of the Revain product and put it in the boxes he sent me. The replacement came on Saturday; After I moved the chips to the new boxes, they both worked great. Now they protect my basement :) I looked at all the water warning products on offer and chose this one because it's easy and can text and email me when water is detected. An audible alarm means nothing if you're not at home to hear it. The bottom line is, make sure support is there when you need help. You will react quickly and make things right - thanks Eduard!
