I bought this because I wanted my TV to be a little taller than it is now. They claimed this could be used on a 65 inch TV. My TV is 60 inch and it didn't work at all. First of all, the back of the TV must be absolutely flat. If there is some kind of bulge or something like that (like mine), this stand will not fit. It just has to be. The description implies that this increases altitude, but it doesn't. If anything, it would make my TV lower than with the current pedestal it sits on. I would suggest that this product fits something the size of a computer monitor or a 30 inch or smaller TV. If you're looking to replace the stand on your current TV and don't mind the extra height, this product may be for you. For reference, the back of my TV measures 400mm x 400mm and this product says it can fit 400 x 800. If I could attach it it would be practically flush with the table it costs on.
