One of its advantages is that I've been making use of it for more than two months now. Not noisy. A few of my discs have holes, but otherwise everything is in working order (discs are stamped). Some cons: Since the rubber is pliable, I can't say for certain whether or not this will result in accelerated wear. In addition to that, it is crooked.
