Works as it should. We don't use speech recognition, but the rest does what we need. Easy to assemble, small and inconvenient. The base block is not included. It says so in the description, but we didn't notice it. No big deal, we had a couple of phones that worked! I taped it to our 60 inch wall monitor so it doesn't hang around lol.
