Be prepared that your new laptop does NOT have an optical drive installed. That's what I found, but only after going a long way in setting it up. The machine already had personal information, was set up for email, etc. After calling Dell [who was not a third party and therefore had no control over this listing], it turned out that none of the assembly lines had ever been installed on this notebook. I contacted Revain who originally offered a refund/exchange but I was very reluctant, firstly because I would need to erase this personal information and secondly because they couldn't tell me if the missing drive was disposable. or if all sold by this seller were without. Eventually they offered me a partial refund to cover the cost of the missing disc. I went with these and ordered a [repair] from Dell to install. Still, we love the device and have no issues at the moment other than discovering that Windows 10 eliminated the homegroup feature, so I had to do some research on how to connect to our home network printer. Not difficult. I give the laptop 4 stars, the seller is not very good due to wrong listing (or item delivered).
