I'm on keto so I can't eat bananas lol but I found this. Not only is it rich in beneficial substances such as probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and minerals, but it also tastes great. The key is to add a good pinch or two of pink salt to balance out the sweetness. I make mine with 1 cup almond milk, ice cream, 1 cup baby spinach, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, salt and stevia to taste and it's absolutely delicious. It seems like you're cheating, but you're not.
