Review on PROfreshionals Slicer Stainless Steel Blade by Jessica Davis

I was so happy to find a "regular" vegetable cutter that I bought two of these because they were disappearing from stores. I was so disappointed when I decided to use them for a wonderful french green bean dish I was planning to make. None of the slicers were sharp enough to cut green beans! I couldn't believe it when I tried the first one, so I took out my spare and tried it too. What a disappointment! Also, the huge bulbous green handle in the middle makes the tool difficult to use. I suppose it would be great for someone suffering from arthritis, but other than that it makes the tool cumbersome to use.
