Review on GuildQuality by Russ Montgomery

I have been using guildquality for over 10 years! It is great that they are always looking for ways to improve their product. They are constantly updating and improving the software and survey interface. The surveys are easy to navigate and quick to complete. There really isn't anything that I dislike about it. If you need a reliable survey tool, this is the one to use. We use guildquality to rate our customer service agents and to track their progress throughout the year. This lets us see who is doing well and who needs improvement.
