Browne Cuisipro Stainless Steel Potato Puller

This is the first rice machine I have ever used so I have no experience to compare it to other similar products. However, I'm quite an expert on tools in general. This rice cooker is built to precise tolerances and has a very snug fit on removable discs that allow for coarse or fine mashing. The handles are long enough for good leverage. I find the tool can easily take over 35 pounds of force at the ends of the handles before yielding and eventually bending. It's a lot less tiring than mashing a large, hard, unpeeled, cooked potato through a sieve. I cut the potatoes in half and place them cut-side down in a colander to keep the skin from rubbing off. I don't know how long the hinge pins on the pivot points will last, but they seem strong enough to hold up. I never knew how easy it is to make a smooth puree. I should have bought one of these years ago. I think this tool will come in handy for chopping fruits like peaches, plums and grapes to make jelly. Maybe it can be used to grind cooked beans to make overcooked beans. There are probably other uses too, like chopping pumpkins, boiled eggs, and avocados. It will be interesting to experiment. Why was he called a climber? LAUGH OUT LOUD!
