I don't think I should have bought this

. Using this potato peeler seems like a chore, and having to clean it afterwards is another chore too. It's heavy and clunky and honestly I regret my purchase.

Shaking my world!: fruit and veg tools

I bought this particular rice machine because someone reviewed a cheaper rice machine where I was told to invest in Cuisipro and I'm so glad they did i did it Fantastic design, large capacity and an edge that allows it to sit across the pan when loading. I made great spaetzle out of it last night. The batter slid smoothly through the rice cooker into the boiling water. I can't wait to puree with it.

Pros
  • sturdy design
Cons
  • boring packaging

Required for pancakes + fantastic support team at Browne.

Revain product, great service! I bought this rice cooker on May 8th, 2014, this month my rice cooker broke :( The riser is broken where the flat stem connects to the handle, the hinge is bent. I contacted their retail department and they sent me one I believe my original was just a manufacturer's lemon as the product itself looks solid and there is no reason why it shouldn't last a lifetime. Until an unfortunate failure the rice machine was amazing Sweet Potato Fritters once weekly or biweekly…

Pros
  • Very impressive

Rugged and built to last.

I bought this rice cooker in 2010 and paid a lot more for it at the time. Having said that, I really can't complain as it looks and works just as well as it did when new. This rice machine is very durable and built to last. The notched extension opposite the handle can be placed on the rim of the pot or bowl, leaving one hand free to load the basket. So far I haven't had any problems with the piston sticking in the basket and the operation is actually pretty smooth. I mainly use this rice…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Big and chunky

This item is strong and durable, it pulls potatoes well, but it has a clear flaw that needs to be corrected. The rice maker comes with multiple discs for different sizes of rice; However, the disk will not stay in place after the potatoes are fried. Once you've pushed the potatoes through the rice cooker, the disc will shift and stick firmly to the top press. My daughter owns another brand of Rivera and her rice cooker came with a ring to hold the disc in place. The Brown Foodservice rice…

  • Excellent price

  • The list will be long.

Not the best, far from the worst

Have been using it for a year now. It's stainless steel and can be washed in the dishwasher without rusting, although it's a little uncomfortable, but I manage to open it and it comes out clean. You can mash potatoes with their skins on, but the skins will stay in the "hopper", which is fine if you want skinless potatoes, but not great if you want to seal them in. This will also clog it up, so you'll need to keep cleaning it. The handle is sturdy enough to get the job done without bending, but…

Pros
  • Looking forward to it

  • Something is wrong

Browne Cuisipro Stainless Steel Potato Puller

This is the first rice machine I have ever used so I have no experience to compare it to other similar products. However, I'm quite an expert on tools in general. This rice cooker is built to precise tolerances and has a very snug fit on removable discs that allow for coarse or fine mashing. The handles are long enough for good leverage. I find the tool can easily take over 35 pounds of force at the ends of the handles before yielding and eventually bending. It's a lot less tiring than mashing…

  • Nice Appearance
