Small waist but stretchy material
Great, last minute buy for Book Character Day! My daughter went as Luna from The Girl Who Drank the Moon. It is stretchy and very long and made well for costume expectations. I ordered the 11-12 yr old size for my average sized 10 year old bc we wanted to make sure it was long enough. Glad we did bc the waist is small for that size, however the material is very stretchy. Picture included.
