I have to say this company went beyond my expectations to accommodate me. I order a sweater for my dog and I ordered way to small for her (my mistake). I emailed the company and asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size. They answered back quicker than any company I've ever dealt with, I got an answer back in less than 24hrs. They asked for my dogs measurements to ensure correct sizing and told me to keep the one I received and they would send the size I needed at no charge! Within a couple days I got the new sweater.
