The new 2021 PUREWAVE™ GEN II Advanced Percussion + Vibration Dual Motor Massager works great for me. I overdid my strength training today and my back hurts. I tried the device out for about five minutes after dinner tonight and the difference is very noticeable. Whilst there is still slight discomfort my back is feeling much better and I'm sure continued occasional use will provide additional relief. You will need to find the right mount for your specific needs but this kit's range should provide a solution for most applications and there is a video on their website showing how to use it properly. Luckily I don't need it often, but when I do it provides satisfactory relief from muscle pain and even some relief from joint pain caused by lower back arthritis. Just be careful with the ports - too much vibration/shock can make things worse rather than better. My only minor complaint is that some areas of the back are difficult to reach with the right amount of pressure, but you'll find your sweet spots over time. But that's exactly what the doctor ordered for me!
