This shelf arrived today and looks great. My cat was lured with a treat for about 10 seconds. Not bad for a first day. I can't give the shelf five stars for two reasons: 1. There were no assembly instructions in the box. Maybe most people know how to hang shelves like this, but it was confusing. That brings me to.2. The crate contained two sets of gear; one for brick, concrete, etc. and one for drywall. I had never seen these wall anchors before so I had to look up pictures and watch videos to figure out how to use them. Both dowels then broke off and fell into my wall while inserting. I ended up buying new wall anchors from the store with a strong suspicion that the ones that came with the shelf were inferior. The attached picture shows the type of wall anchor used, but it is a replacement and not the one in the box.
