This Vita A to Zee shampoo and conditioner feels awfully watery instead of thick like my regular shampoos and conditioners. The shampoo does not lather well and I found it difficult to run my fingers through my hair while shampooing. It is paraben and sulfate free, but I use other sulfate and paraben free shampoos better than this one. I also had to use a lot more shampoo than usual. The conditioner was also very watery. I left it on longer and it unraveled and washed out, but I had to add conditioner for dry, dyed ends. My hair feels soft but that may be due to my added products. I wanted to love it because my hair was damaged from box dye, chlorinated tap water and the hot Florida sun. The aroma is slightly pleasant. Pump bottles work great. At $30, this shampoo and conditioner combo doesn't impress me and I'll stick with my favorites that are comparable or cheaper in price. I love that it's made in the USA, it's hard to find but unfortunately it's not for my hair. My daughter who has long hair also needs a shampoo that lathers better and a thicker conditioner. If I can get another friend to try I will update my review.
