I had to scratch my head the first time I installed it and the monitor didn't show what it was supposed to. Then, in an almost cavernous motion, I pulled out the zippered plug, flipped it over, and reinserted it into the port. Not only was it a lot easier to "get in" - the monitor lit up instantly and I never looked back - but I wrote this review and admitted you can turn a damn zipper on its head. It comes in, seems almost right too. However, the right way will actually feel right, so just use common sense and be gentle.
