I use the Imak Smart Thumb glove all the time. It's a good thing that my right hand is where I have the most trouble as I really need that padding to protect the very sensitive part of the thumb joint that hurts to the touch. It says you can reverse the glove for the left hand, but if you do that you lose the inner pad which is what I need the most. I haven't had any issues with it falling apart like others, but I take it off and put it on depending on what I'm doing. I order one size down for a tighter fit. I have big hands for a woman, but a big glove is "roomy". I still recommend this to anyone with right thumb joint pain. It provides support, warmth and protection for those with arthritis.
