Review on Miflex Carbon Heavy Pressure Gauge by Fred Novak

Bought for a new gauge from Oceanic after seeing how these hoses work on regulators. The hose is narrower and much more flexible than rubber - everything goes so far. When installed, however, it leaks at the end of the pressure gauge! I'll take a look at it again today, but unless I did something really stupid trying to screw it in, it won't work with standard 2 gauge high pressure hose. UPDATE: I was able to identify a small connector that fits into the original hose at the end of the gauge, gently pulls out and inserts into this hose. However, the hose still lets air through afterwards. It was obvious that the "pin" (it had 2 o-rings on it) was not the right size for the gauge/hose combination and I will be returning it. Too bad, I really liked the lighter with a more flexible hose.
