I finally got the projector set up and ready to watch but the remote control didn't work so I changed the batteries and it didn't work. On May 10th I called Optima about the remote control and left a message. The support voicemail message said someone would call me back in 24 hours. No one called back or even confirmed that they had received the message. I called back 3 days later and left another message. When I called the third time I was answered by a support person and they said please email us and someone will get back to you. Today is June 1st, no one has called or written to me. I am very disappointed in Optomo. That's very disappointing. I know that everything is taking much longer due to the current circumstances. But you can confirm that you received the question. But it's all silence. This is really bad customer service, and on top of the fact that the product failed right away. This is the worst customer service ever and worst quality product ever. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please avoid buying it.
