Started with charged battery. I connected everything but I can't get the charge controller to work properly with a 10 watt LED bulb connected. I unhooked everything, connected the light directly to the battery, it works fine. Plug everything back into the charge controller and the light stops working. The solar panel works great, but if I missed something in the instructions, then the controller is junk. The controller will only charge and wait for the battery.
