The wheel won't balance no matter what I do.
I've tried every combination of tightening & loosening the assembly.
It is completely unbalanced when spinning, & is totally useless until Yescom gives troubleshooting assistance, or replaces the faulty product.Waiting on their response as of today. I will update after this is resolved one way or the other.
- Well made, team at work loves it. If it doesn’t stop on one square just tighten it up a bit
- May require frequent cleaning to maintain a polished look
