The wheel won't balance no matter what I do.

I've tried every combination of tightening & loosening the assembly. It is completely unbalanced when spinning, & is totally useless until Yescom gives troubleshooting assistance, or replaces the faulty product.Waiting on their response as of today. I will update after this is resolved one way or the other.

  • Well made, team at work loves it. If it doesn’t stop on one square just tighten it up a bit

  • May require frequent cleaning to maintain a polished look

Fun and well constructed

We have this in our shop and use it several times a day and it lasted about three years till the pegs were starting the break etc. it is sturdy but an over excited person who spins it too hard can tip the whole thing over which is how stuff breaks. We have started zip tying it to a table leg and now it’s much sturdier. Easy to write on and change. Good product.

Really nice product

I Have bought a few different wheels in the past two years and this one is outstanding compared to all the rest great quality well me and Supervalu I love the Dry erase capability and the writing wipes off very easily unlike some dry erase products can be used firmly on the ground or on a table I was really impressed

Junk. Don’t waste your money.

The wheel would not spin properly. It would tighten with each spin of the wheel until after about three or four spins, it would lock up and not spin. I made a mechanical fix so that it would spin. Now it favors two opposing sides and barely hits on the others (see pic). In fact, it will go past the "heavy sides and go backward until it hits a "heavy” spot. Testing it, after 30 spins I got 15 hits on two slits next to each other7 hits just opposite of those and some random hits along one side…

Great purchase for my opinion

I bought this for a school carnival. (We we’re renting one every year for $75). This was great. Worked perfectly and was very sturdy. Highly recommend.

Pros
  • Works great! A little pricey at $80 but it’s exactly what we were looking for.
Cons
  • We returned it. It was landing on the same spot. It was wobbling a lot and not sturdy

Balance issues: my feedback

It is not balanced. Have had to balance multiple times over the course of the month I have owned. It works fine. That's my review!

Completely unbalanced, worthless as a prize wheel.

Poor quality wheel. It's not really "dry erase" it just has a plastic sheet that fastens over the front face. Biggest complaint is that it is completely unbalanced and there are no bearings on the axle. It is so unbalanced that the wheel actually changes position by several spaces regardless of how tightly the central bolt is tightened. As a minor gripe, the stand is not height adjustable though there should be room to make it adjustable.Finally, some of the pegs were hard to insert due

Prize Wheel was a perfect enhancement for our booth

The wheel worked perfectly and attracted many people to our booth for the chance to win a prize. The clicking sound also attracted attention from people passing by.Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. We created a custom sticker to place over the top of the wheel to give it a little more visual interest, but the mechanical aspects worked just fine.I read reviews that warned about the clicker/pointer breaking, so I traced a few outlines for templates in case I needed to make more. I like having 30 slots, but you have to tighten the wing nut on the back after a few spins or else it lands in the same spot every time.
