I like the shell itself. It protects my MacBook Pro and is very durable. That's the good part! I bought and installed my second one (see 8th or 9th month of use, the seemingly "cheap" adhesive holding them in place is starting to peel. Note that in the photos all four of my footpads "Floating in the air"."." and, like the first one I bought, has been in this state since December 2019. As we feel there is no reason for us, the underside As you constantly inspect the product, you may suddenly find something quite "sticky" with your fingers when you touch the bottom corners, OR you may see a small white, coin-sized thing lying on the carpet or on the Hardwood floors stick OR you'll find scratches on the table or desk you use your MacBook on. Again, when you're out and about you might see that little white "ding" on your car seat, on your carpet, or on the soles of your shoes! As me this is happening for the first time te, I was confused until my fingers got stuck on the bottom corner of my laptop. Unfortunately, despite how durable this still relatively new hard shell is to protect your laptop investment, the only remedy for this obvious "peel and stick" footrest is another product purchase. So what good is product longevity if these sticky little "cheap" demons are forcing you to replace a still-serviceable protective case? The UESWILL 3-in-1's smooth matte hard shell cover is GREAT in itself, but the CHEAP footplate ADHESIVE doesn't let you enjoy its durability and I don't want to make ANOTHER EARLY PURCHASE because of it!
