We have the worst well water. It stains showers and toilets brown with rust spots. My glasses were cloudy and had a layer of white mineral deposits on the bottom where the water had dried on them in the dishwasher. A neighbor recommended this item. After the first wash I could tell it made a difference. There was significantly less haze on the lenses and mineral stains on the underside were removed. I decided to soak all the jars in vinegar to get rid of any stains. Several weeks have passed and the glasses remain transparent, without mineral deposits. I have used the cleaner in both the dishwasher and the washing machine. The washing machine stunk until the second time. I don't know what they were trying to remove but I'm glad I got rid of it. My roommate only uses the booster but since I have this pack I use all three products.
