This is excellent stuff. I live in SFL where we use AC a lot. In addition to the general dirt that collects on the coils, moisture is present and the condensate pan and piping are clogged with algae. I've been using it monthly for the past two years and apply it when I change filters. The coils still look polished/new, the car is just over 2 years old. Algae don't clog anything either. I also have a lease with a 10 year system that requires annual maintenance to clean the drain pan and lines. Since using this product I haven't had any backup issues and it still cools well. I've also used it on a wall banger and got good results. It is part of my monthly skin care routine and after two years of use I find it effective and of great value. This is a service product, not a miracle spirit. If your coils are heavily soiled, you probably need a professional to clean them with acid and then use that to keep the dirt from building up again. Also use good filters.
