Very happy using RingCentral Cloud Call Center

I like that it is easy for me as an individual user, but also allows my team members who use this software daily to make changes without needing additional training from myself! It's not perfect yet because of some minor issues we are still working out with our support department. However, they have been very helpful in trying to resolve these problems quickly so far. We've used several different call centers over time - including those built by other vendors - which can be difficult when you're looking at multiple options. This product has allowed us to easily switch between providers while keeping all customer information intact across platforms. There was no need for us to keep track of many phone numbers since everything stays together under one roof. Our customers love how simple their experience is now and don't mind waiting around for someone to answer their calls anymore. And best of all? They never know if its going through your office or another vendor until.
