I use this on my blue tongue skin and it keeps her terrarium at the perfect temperature. Our previous emitter barely managed to warm up to 70 degrees while preparing the tank for it. Once everything was in loop and we realized the temperature couldn't hold up, we had to get a new bulb FAST! (We picked her up from rehab and was due to be adopted/picked up the next morning at this point) With the usual shopping, she was here in two days. We were able to last over 90 paces with some towels and other smuggling tactics, so don't worry, the skink was 100% comfortable during that time! It just got boring very quickly. Sooo happy with this purchase.
