Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bag. All zippers work smoothly and the faux leather is buttery soft. Plenty of pockets without overloading. Bigger than I expected but good for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. The ability to convert it into a backpack is a plus! Highly recommended.
