The new low water toilets have a square hole in the bottom of the toilet instead of a round one. This brush goes in the hole and also comes under the rim. However, the shape of the handle prevents it from penetrating deep into the spout of these new toilets. We didn't flush the toilet at night and there is hard limescale in the toilet that isn't visible without a viewing mirror, but it's there and it's rough, which hinders a good flush. We caused this issue and are trying to fix it. Now I will flush the toilet after each use. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the shape of the handle.
