Really clean/professional look. I bought this because using my MacBook Pro without a case has always been so slippery! I wanted something that would "cling" to my knees and be easy to grab. Without this case I was always afraid that my laptop would slip out of my hands and break. I haven't had any issues with overheating (the photographer uses Lightroom/Photoshop with heavy usage. If he starts to feel too stressed I give him a break and time to cool down). The front pocket fits my all-metal portable mouse pad perfectly.
