What I like the most is the ability to keep my lead list separate from my survey list. I can set up my lead lists and then add them to my survey lists when I get the survey out to them. I do not have to worry about two different lists for my surveys. I also like that I have the option to schedule my surveys. I dislike that sometimes the lead lists do not transfer to the surveys I send out. Sometimes, I have to delete and re-add them to the survey list. It is a little confusing when I send out surveys and the leads do not transfer. The time saver of not having to create and send surveys one by one is a huge time saver. It is a great way to get a good amount of surveys out in a short amount of time. I am able to send It was very user friendly software that I could easily get my hands around. The interface of this program allowed me to create multiple questions which were all pretty much customizable as well! Everything had its place so there wasn't anything too confusing about it at first look. Nothing really - just keep using it until you see what works best for you! We are able to collect data from several sources without having issues getting those results into one system.
