Nice shifter: Large, great for big hands, beautiful, durable, real leather feel, sits high and increases shifter height. Easy to install ONLY when the shift rod diameter is close to 1/2 inch. Anything else requires the use of plastic inserts which do NOT work as well. Also note that if your shifter shaft diameter is actually 1/2", the metric hex set screws are too long and the lower black trim panel CANNOT be screwed into the underside of the shift knob. This problem was solved by buying 3 pieces. shorter metric set screws. Now the black bezel screws in properly as intended and looks great. Overall I give this pen a rave review providing it doesn't start to fall apart and deteriorate as several reviews have pointed out. One small negative worth mentioning - NO instructions
