Great pre and post mixer but NO protein shakes.
I use this with my creatine/BCAA blend pre and post workout. It mixes great. I've tried protein shakes with milk or water but it's too thick to make a good mix. If you prefer thinner liquids or powdered juices, this will work like a charm. I've had this for about two years with no problems.
