Terrible Product Support
The lumbar support portion of the chair did not appear. I called the manufacturer and they said I should file a claim through Revain. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. I just want them to send me a piece. I don't want to send this huge chair back and buy another one. Especially if it doesn't have lumbar support, but I have no way of knowing if it will or not. Maybe I'll find someone if I write a review.
