Its screen is so bad
I bought one used so I don't know if all screens of this type are that bad. It's so hard to read the words on the screen. The touch speed and solid structure of the Chromebook are good. However, the screen annoys me so much that I send it back immediately. This must be a product issue. The service that the company has given me is good regardless of the speed of sending or replying.
